Weeks before they hit the web, our fish undergo travel conditioning. We use oxygen purified for hospital use, as well as insulated shipping boxes rather than cardboard, to make sure they don’t suffer discomfort. Following their photo shoot, the fish are transferred to big, oxygen-rich ponds running at the optinum pH of 7.8. They are listed on the website when they are ready for travel.
