Kin Kujaku in the Garden Pond
Illuminating the Pond
Kin Kujaku are like living gold ornaments in your pond. Their metallic scales:
-
Reflect light brilliantly, making them stand out even in murky or shaded water.
-
Shimmer during movement, adding animation and elegance to the pond’s ecosystem.
-
Create a focal point in the pond, especially when viewed from above or during feeding.
Contrast and Balance
They provide beautiful contrast when kept with:
-
Solid-colored koi (like Chagoi, Ogon, or Benigoi)
-
Lighter varieties (like Platinum Ogon or Kohaku)
-
Dark koi (like Showa or Hi Utsuri)
This makes Kin Kujaku useful for adding balance and brightness to the pond’s visual design.
** live fish delivery**
Our fish are conditioned for travel weeks before they are listed on the website. To ensure that don’t stress we use hospital grade oxygen, insulated boxes not cardboard.
Once the fish are photographed, they are moved into large ponds with high oxygen levels.
Our fish are our passion, we do all we can to make sure they get everything they need to thrive.
Providers of Live Fish
Weeks before they hit the web, our fish undergo travel conditioning. We use oxygen purified for hospital use, as well as insulated shipping boxes rather than cardboard, to make sure they don’t suffer discomfort.
Following their photo shoot, the fish are transferred to big, oxygen-rich ponds.
They are listed on the website when they are ready for travel.
All our fish are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy.
