Comets and Shubunkins are two of the most popular types of goldfish, especially for outdoor ponds!
Comets and Shubunkins are hardy, active, and visually striking — making them ideal for garden ponds and large aquariums. They are a very social fish and dont do well on their own. They are happy to live with Koi fish. Our goldfish are bred and reared in outside ponds year round and have no problem with the cold. Keeping our fish outside makes them a very hardy fish as they go through all the seasons. We feed our goldfish on the same food as the koi, many different hikari brand foods, algae, live foods & plant to keep them healthy.
